How many tickets are available?
A maximum of 1102 tickets are available.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
While there is no limit to the number of tickets you may buy of 1102 available, the raffle program has a limit of ten per order. If you would like to order more tickets, a separate order is required.
Can I buy a ticket if I do not live in Ontario?
Yes, however, ticket purchasers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of their purchase and must allow the website access to your location.
I don’t have an email address; how do I get a copy of my ticket?
You must include an email address to purchase a ticket.
How do you generate my ticket numbers?
An automated process generates your ticket numbers once your order is complete. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email receipt with an order summary and your raffle ticket number(s).
When do I get my ticket numbers?
Generally, within five minutes of purchase, you will receive an email receipt with an order summary and your raffle ticket number(s). During times of high demand, it could take up to 30 minutes. If you don’t receive your tickets within an hour, please email foundation@prvhc.com.
What if I didn’t get an email with my ticket numbers?
Sometimes emails get redirected to your SPAM or junk mail. If you did not receive an email with your ticket number(s) within an hour of your ticket purchase please email the foundation at foundation@prvhc.com.

I have deleted the email with my ticket, am I still eligible for the draw?
Yes. You do not need your ticket in hand to be included in the draw, you will be notified by phone and/or email if you purchased the winning ticket number.
Can multiple people purchase one ticket?
All tickets must contain a single person’s name and contact information. Only one form of payment may be used per purchase. The prize will be awarded to the registered ticket buyer and can only be claimed by people authorized by the ticket buyer.
When is the Exclusive Luxury Weekend Raffle draw?
The draw will take place Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 3:00 pm at the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre. Ticket sales close on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 3:00 pm directly proceeding the draw or when all 1102 available tickets have been purchased.
What is the value of the Exclusive Luxury Weekend?
The total value of the prizes is $22,050.00.
What does the Raffle prize include?
The prize is a luxury weekend getaway for 8 women at the Pepper Pod (35 Chemin Nordik, Chelsea, QC J9B 2P7) and includes: shared accommodations for 8, welcome gift and souvenir baskets, four meals, wine, spirits, champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, cooking lesson and meal with a professional chef, string duet from the National Capital Orchestra, professional photographer session, guided hike through Gatineau Park, celebrity fireside chat, yoga/mediation class, Spa Nordik passes with speciality treatment and lunch, car service, and personal concierge.
Do I have to take the Exclusive Luxury Weekend Prize or can I take cash?
There is no cash in lieu of the raffle prize.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
The luxury weekend getaway prize is set to be redeemed the weekend of October 15-17, 2021. Subject to COVID-19 restrictions. If this date needs to be rescheduled it will be negotiated and agreed upon by the winner and the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre Foundation.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?
An unclaimed prize will be held in trust by the licensee for a period not less than six (6) months from the date the prize was awarded. At the end of the six months, the total amount of the prize held in trust, including interest, or the value of a merchandise prize equal to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, will be included by the licensee in the gross proceeds of the lottery event.

What are the odds of winning?
The odds of winning depend on the final number of tickets sold. If all available tickets are sold each ticket has a 1 in 1102 chance of winning.
How is a winner selected?
Winning tickets are selected from the pool of purchased ticket numbers. This is done via an automated, random number generator (RNG) approved by the AGCO.
Do I have to physically be there for the draw to win?
No. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email shortly after the draw takes place.
What should I do if I think I’m a winning ticket holder?
Check the http://perleyluxuryweekend.ca website following the 3:00 pm draw on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, to see the winning ticket number. If you think you’ve got the winning number, please contact the foundation at foundation@prvhc.com.
How will winners be notified?
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email that they won and how to claim their prize. The prize will be awarded to the registered ticket buyer.

Who is eligible to play?
To be eligible to enter the raffle ticket website, you must agree to the rules of play, be 18 years of age or older, be fit to play, and be physically in the province of Ontario. Location Services on your device must be turned on to verify your location, per AGCO regulations.
Who is NOT eligible to play?
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Perley Rideau Foundation’s Catch the Ace Raffle:
• The Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre Foundation employees
• The Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre Foundation board members
• Employees of the AGCO
• Employees of Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited affiliated with supporting the raffle

How will the proceeds from the raffle be used?
Proceeds will support Senior and Veteran care at the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre. The Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre Foundation is a non-profit, community-based organization and a registered charity.
